When asked why, he just says he's looking to meet someone for business. Oookaay.....he's the boss. Nika waits til he's left the bridge to message Josef Potemkin back on Bernadette, telling him of this new development and asking what he wants her to do. Meanwhile, Rina's noticed the change in speed (Hard to miss, she's in the engine room listening to the engines...) and goes up to the bridge to ask what's going on. Nika shrugs and fills her in. |

Rina's of the opinion that the plan has always been to sell the passengers to slavers, kill off the new hires and sell the cargo--out in the deep of space, off the regular traffic lanes, who's to say any different? As an explanation for why we're parked in the middle of nowhere, it's as good as any other.<br> |
