Not knowing how the collars work, it will be hard to know how to broadcast them. It could be designed so when it loses the signal it sets off the collar. Or it might be that the signal is used to activate the collars. We don't know. It could be that jamming the signal is one thing that they don't want to do. Flying them out of range might also have the same effect. It would be an effective trap, absolute freedom to move, but take one too many steps away and blam! <br><br>
