Himmilgard is a vast continent, a vast landmass of soaring mountains and dense forests. Rustic communities in the depths of nature. The Fae and magic make travel through the woods dangerous; so for as long history has known, all travel has been through air. Balloons at first, and later powered flight. Zeppelins and cargo airplanes ply the trade routes alongside cargo airplanes, and fighters escort them against aerial pirates, bandits and worse.

It's had a strange effect on the plant life of the city, growing it to sizes beyond comprehension. Giant trees choke the gas filled alleys and streets and vines crawls over all the buildings. Vines and trees that will rend people limb from limb if someone takes a wrong step too close to one.
