In the present
Elin wanders into the smaller students library and sees Gregory standing along one of the sides.
Elin: What are you doing?
Gregory: ...
Elin: Hey can you hear me?
Gregory: ...
Elin: Please answer me :bigeyes:
Gregory: I was trying to study but now I have to start all over.
He moves to the closest table and looks through a book that is sitting on it.
Gregory: (reading to himself) Don't ignore the world, just don't react to it.
He moves back against the wall and stands back at attention.
Elin grabs a book and starts to read it when Kerrith walks in.
Kerrith: Well hello there :love:
Elin: Hi :blush:
Gregory: ...
Kerrith: What is wrong with him?
Elin: He is studying to look important or something.
Kerrith: Thats... interesting. What about you?
Elin: Oh I'm working on a leisure studies degree.
Kerrith: Do you have a mentor?
Elin: No but everyone else seems to have one I just don't know anyone that fits my area.
Nemisis walks into the library nods at the others and walks over to the large text spread out on a pedastal and begins to flip through the pages.
Kerrith: What is that?
Elin: Its the catalog, lists all the topics and where they can be found on the shelves.
Kerrith: Like the Dewey Decimal systems?
Elin: No, Volrath had a problem with Dewey d'Sivis and just put everything in alphabetical order in the catalog.
