Harath is responsible for the formation of the Blood Claws, as well as its subsequent success. A high-ranking captain of the Emerald Claw, as well as a priest of the Blood of Vol, he has so far hidden this fact from the lowlifes and petty criminals he has gathered into his new force.

It is possible he is using an alias to hide his true identity, and why he has formed the Blood Claws is unclear, but it is certain he is not acting alone. Even as he remains enigmatic to the thieves that compose his group, he inspires terror and awe among them. He shows his face rarely to outsiders, or even his own men. Vicious and cunning, he has so far remained unkown outside of his religion due to having no qualms about eliminating even potential witnesses.
