Players will have opportunities to earn XP by completing various character objectives. Additionally, they earn 1 XP each time the GM declares a story break.
Earned XP can be spent when earned or banked to spend later.
Tier 0[edit]
Sometimes the game experience doesn't quite match with chargen expectations. Tier 0 adjustments exist specifically to deal with those sorts of tweaks and changes without leveling an XP tax for the privilege. Tier 0 adjustments are only available during a character's first couple breaks in the game.
These will be handled case by case.
Tier 1[edit]
- Swap out a Mastery SFX for a different one 1 Experience
- Max 5 resource dice total
Tier 2[edit]
- Add a Mastery SFX 2 Experience
Tier 3[edit]
- Step up one Attribute and step back another: 3 Experience
