This table was originally meant to appear on page 23 of Horizon: Virtual but was not included when the book was published. It was originally provided on Fantasy Flight Games' Horizon message board and is reproduced here.

0-10 Insufficient data; the thinker can not predict any course of action accurately.
11-15 Broad idea, some accuracy (e.g., 50% likely that the target will attempt to run).
16-20 General particulars of target’s action, moderate certainty (e.g., 65% likely the target will execute a rewrite, then run).
21-25 Specific details, high accuracy; (e.g., 80% chance the target will execute a defensive rewrite, then attempt to escape via a code bike).
26-30 Very specific details, extraordinary accuracy; (e.g., 95% chance the target will execute a defensive rewrite the illusion school, then attempt to escape via a code bike toward the nearest data port).
31+ Nearly omniscient knowledge of target’s next actions (e.g., 99% chance the target will execute the mirror image rewrite, attempt to escape via a code bike at maximum speed setting, and head towards the southeast.
