Commander Rodrigo Malvearr
First Officer
Rodrigo has served the Navarre dynasty for many years as a voidsman and naval officer. A grizzled veteran who has seen more than his share of fights, Rodrigo is one of the dynasty's most trusted retainers. He has long back hair streaked with grey that he keeps tied back in a ponytail, a large gold earring in one ear, and a well trimmed and groomed full beard which is likewise greyed with age. Stoic and reserved, he balances his stern mannerisms with charm and the refined dignity of a gentleman, though he is not a nobleman himself.
Genetor Solomon Nixios
Ship's Chirugeon
A Genetor tech-priest of the Adeptus Mechanicus, Solomon Nixios is somewhat unusual amongst tech-priests because of his relatively compassionate approach to human life, driven by a genuine desire to not merely understand, but to improve the quality of human life. Soft-spoken and contemplative, he served for many years with the Imperial Guard as a field chirurgeon before petitioning for reassignment. He eagerly accepted a position aboard the Phoenix in the hopes that it would give him a chance to study the xenos organisms of the Koronus Expanse and widen his knowledge base further.
Lt. Commander Sebastian Vega
Master of Ordnance
Served in Battlefleet Calixis for many years as a battery commander before accepting a new posting as the Master of Ordnance in the service of the Navarre Dynasty. An able and experienced gunner and officer, Vega has received many commendations for his gallantry and courage in service. Well groomed with a dark olive complexion, Sebastian Vega is known as something of a ladies' man among the command staff. He boasts an augmetic arm to replace the one he lost in a battle against Calixian pirates.
Lt. Commander Ephrael Mondragon
Master of Etherics
Longtime etherics officer who served extensively with Lucius Navarre during his years as a Free Trader in the Calixis Merchant Fleet, she was hired on to serve on the Phoenix after Lucius inherited the Warrant of Trade. Her personality is somewhat paradoxical, as she is warm and friendly, and yet keeps aloof, maintaining a personal distance from nearly everyone, even people she has known for years.
Factotum Eli Calledon
Master of Whispers
A courtier from the halls of power of Pallas Quintus, Calledon is Alessaunder Navarre's deputy. Though officially another one of the factors who assists in trade negotiations and commerce, in truth, Calledon is an incredibly savvy and cunning spymaster with a network of agents and informants throughout the ship, and positioned in key ports and stations of the Calixis Sector. Somewhat portly with a dark wispy beard and shoulder length hair, Calledon focuses on remaining unnoticed.
Senior Astropath Thaddeus al-Atassi
Choir-Master Telepathica
Unlike most of the senior command staff, Thaddeus al-Atassi has served the Navarre Dynasty aboard the Phoenix for most of his career, rising from the ranks of the Astropathic Choir to the rank of Choir-master. Like many psykers, he is quiet and withdrawn, preferring the seclusion of his chambers where he reflects on the teachings of the Imperial Creed, and focusing his mind.
