Secondary Stats are Fate and Rank. Fate is rated from 0 to 20. Rank is rated from -2 to +2.

Derived Stats are Defence and Resistance.

Target Wounded. Speed +2.
Wind (2) 
All PCs get +2 Defence vs Sling, Kylie and Woomera until end of combat. Speed +1.
Lightning (5) 
Target 1D6 + Lightning Prowess targets. Lightning Prowess does not add to Attack Roll. Targets Wounded. Speed -2.
Demon Shape (5) 
Character may fight normally with Speed + 2, Defence +2, using Magic and Demon Shape Prowess for Stat and Skill and making two attacks per round. Must beat a Resistance of 14 to attack in the round spell is cast. Speed -1.
Heal (3) 
Wounded character may return to combat. +2 to Attack Roll, Speed -3.

Character Creation

1. Players choose their character's Primary Stats; the total must equal 1. A starting PC's Rank is -2 and Fate is 0.

2. Players buy Skills, Talents and Spells from a pool of 20 points.

Skills cost 2 points for +1, 5 points for +2, and 8 points for +3. Musket Prowess may not be chosen as a starting Skill.
