Itward

The leader of the Carthian Movement - bearing the title of Chancellor - as well as the apt moniker of the 'Shadow Man', Itward is a mysterious Haunt with seemingly only two concerns in his eternal existence: his adopted childe Fran Bow-Dagenhart and the agenda of his covenant. No one knows how this strange Nosferatu came to take the young Malkavian under his ward, but most know better than to try and trifle with her, as Itward is prone to appearing out of nowhere to defend her when trouble stirs.

Itward's unsettling curse manifests as a pall of dark shadows constantly cast over his features, almost completely shrouding his face and body from view even in direct light. The large-brimmed hat and long coat he wears doesn't help matters either, nor his unnervingly silent footsteps. But if you want information, there's few sources better in Edinburgh than him, though the price might be costly or even unusual at times.
