Joe Jeffries is a 19 year old college student, studying Electrical Engineering at a university on the west coast, and is travelling back to see family on the east coast. He grew up as the son of a local DJ, surrounded by radio equipment. He learned how radio worked, and loved talking to people so far away,and to people on the move.
