Johannes Volker III
Johannes Volker appears to be a drug-addled youth without a care in the world. He is the son of Johannes Volker II, CEO and Owner of Volker Hovermotive, a luxury hovercar manufacturer. Although banished from Core society, Volker gets regular injections of cash into an account that keeps him alive if on the edge. Volker claims to have seen Arden's clone-brother (The Operative) when he was younger and attending a special school.
