This game is an abstracted version of the Domain Building process commonly found in D&D games once a PC reaches "name" or 9th level.  It mainly uses the Kingdom Building rules found in the D20 Pathfinder SRD.  I have also layered in some aspects of the An Echo, Resounding rules for Labyrinth Lord.  It also uses a modified version of the War Machine rules from the D&D Companion Set for resolving mass combat.
