"Though he can be bizarre, Artemisios manages to take on obtuse goals without an obsession with navel-staring so common in his House. He knows to put his all into his pursuits; that is admirable. I often wonder about his esoteric interests, however. Still, he sets goals and reaches them. I think he is an excellent choice for Justicar, and expect to see greater results from his labor."- Ulrich
