'''Cobble Town''' (Positive Relationship) He' been a resident for going on seven years, and the community has become his family. He has become a community activist to champion for the people of Cobble Town.

'''The Bloodline''' (Negative Relationship)
After losing his cool and practically incinerating a local vampire, the Bloodline has had it out for Konrad. Luckily, the feeling is mutual.

While the other supernatural factions seem content to find a way to coexist (at least according to Konrad's limited knowledge) the Vampires are parasites that prey upon the population of New Trinadad. He has an unnatural hatred for their kind, which has Konrad wondering if they were the reason he was 'made.'

'''Safeguard Development''' (Neutral relationship... but probably not for long)

Owned by one Victor Lambert, Safeguard is the main property developer that is nosing around Cobble Town and trying to buy up buildings. Since the residents are rebuffing his attempts, he has been making large donations to key candidates running for City Council, which has Konrad worried.

On top of that... Konrad suspects some of the crime happening in Cobble Town has been instigated by Lambert... or one of his underlings. He doesn't know enough to say for sure though and has no evidence to back up his feelings.

'''John''' - Another West Ender, so John and Konrad have a similar working-class/low-income background. They cross paths at various rallies and fundraisers as they oppose some of the City's shifting policies.

'''Raven''' - she used to live in Cobble Town and Konrad got to know her because Leon was always fixing that piece of crap vespa she used to ride. For free half the time, because he knew she was down on her luck. Raven may be doing a lot better for herself now, but she still swings by from time to time. Konrad thinks it's just to pay Leon back... there's no way a bike that shiny and new needs that much maintenance.

'''Uncle Jim''' (Deceased) - The owner of the tattoo parlor that taught Konrad everything he knows and then hired him on. When Jim passed away, his wife Beth asked Konrad to run it.

'''Aunt Beth''' - An older woman (who probably qualifies to be Grandma Beth at this point) that lives above Konrad's tattoo parlor and is a fixture in the community. She also owns a little corner store a few blocks away, but her daughter manages most of the work.

===Description===
A lanky guy with purple hair and covered in tattoos... that's how the average person on the street would describe Konrad, and they'd be right in a nutshell.

Standing just a bit over six feet tall, Konrad has a wiry frame and lean muscles defined by work, rather than working out. His tattoos stretch from his neck down to his arms and legs, but what most people don't know is that they mask most of his scars. Scars that make it look like he has had various limbs removed and reattached. Or the massive y-shaped scar on his chest that looks suspiciously like it came from an autopsy.

The sides of his head are shaved and the top hands down like a disheveled black and purple mop. He has multiple piercings and various pieces of metal jewelry.

===Personality===
Konrad is generally a friendly person but does get very protective of his community and friends. Despite being a metalhead (and outwardly intimidating) he has no problem helping strangers and interacting with the public at large, but that all stops if people become condescending or insult his friends. That's when his fiery temper starts to show.

It is a temper he does his best to keep in check... he knows all too well what he is capable of when he lets his rage out. 



===Housing===
Konrad still lives in Cobble Town, just a few blocks away from Conrad Road where he woke up for the first' time. It's a beautiful area full of misfits and oddballs, but it is becoming run down.

The building itself is said to be an old fire station. The main bay has been turned into a motorcycle garage by Leon, and the rest of the first floor has been partitioned into a few street-front shops, including '''Audacious Grace''', Konrad's little tattoo parlor. 

The upper level has been turned into apartments, usually for the shop owners. Konrad lives in a small loft above the garage. Leon let him live their for free for a while, but once Konrad took over the tattoo parlor he started paying rent.

===Transporation===
Konrad doesn't own a vehicle of his own. Most of his business is within walking distance of Cobble Town. When his band has a gig he catches a ride in the drummer's van.

In a pinch, he could probably borrow that van, or Leon's old Triumph motorcycle to get somewhere in a hurry.

===Background===

His earliest living memory is when he woke one day on Conrad Road in New Trinadad. He was naked and had no idea who he was. 

Labeled the ''John Doe of Conrad Road'' and later simply ''John Doe Conrad'' by the media, his story was big news for a while. No family claimed him, so the people of the neighborhood where he was found took him in. The community was not well off, but they were welcoming.

There were countless medical tests, police visits, and news stories as the city tried to figure out who he was. As with all things, eventually, people just lost interest and he was left to his own devices. 

Konrad... as he started calling himself... slowly started to remember things.

He was pretty sure he hadn't been born like regular people. He'd been made. A group of people mystics... whatever... made him to combat... ''something''. In the process of performing a ritual to bind an entity of fire to his body, they lost their lives.

Now their memories are within Konrad, not that it does him much good. They are jumbled, overlapping, and contradictory. Sometimes they align long enough that he can glean some insight from them or access knowledge or skills he never learned on his own. Other times they can overwhelm him with raw emotion at random stimuli or leave him with a dull, throbbing headache.

Konrad could feel the fire within him from the very beginning, though he didn't know what it was. Once he realized he could manifest and manipulate fire, he kept it hidden. More unnerving was the way it made him feel.

He saw a young couple getting attacked at night by a Vampire and his blood started to boil. He seemed to lock on to them and went after the vampire with a fury he didn't know he possessed. He manged to kill the vampire, but was shocked at himself. Ashamed. Scared.

He went out of his way to keep his rage in check, but he could always feel it there, lurking under the surface.

He tried to channel his passion into his art... whether it was tattoos or metal... but that only worked part way. When he saw how the people in Cobble Town were treated, both by the official government and by the criminals that actually held power in the streets, he couldn't help but step up and say something. He's still getting his feet under him as a 'community activist', but he is starting to build some influence, even if he is a bit of a firebrand.
