Kvolk spent his youth training at the temple of Tyr (or other, more setting appropriate deity) in the aspect of the Law-giver. He studied law and tradition in preparation to be a priestly councilor to rulers and an arbiter of disputes among the populace. One day a dispute between a noble and a peasant was brought before the temple elders. They found in favor of the noble, which seemed to Kvolk to be inconsistent with the temple’s teachings. He voiced his concerns and was told to read more in the temple library. He did, and came back with even more uncomfortable questions. So Kvolk was assigned some sort of pilgrimage or quest, the details of which are up to DM discretion. (His Bond will be related to this task.) On his first night out of the temple, Kvolk received a message or prophecy from his god in a dream and awoke to find himself empowered with the magic of a full cleric. He will have to think long and hard about the implications of this.
