Lem Kurpinsky is the adopted son of Christian Edge, and Marina Sebastian. He is a seven year old boy who was infected with [[Reaver's Disease|TSEB34]], or Reaver's Disease. The crew picked him up on [[Boros]] when his mother begged that they try to get him help. His family was assaulted by Federal Marshals shortly thereafter, their situation is unknown. Lem is a quiet child, and appears to have a mild form of Autism. He is pleased to watch [[Christian Edge | Christian]] paint and dabbles in paints himself, showing some talent there.<br>
