A middle-aged tiefling male who walks with a limp due to a childhood accident, Tubain is a merchant in good standing who trades in a little bit of everything. He is partial to luxury items, especially wines, but like any merchant he goes where the money is. Has a younger sister named Absin whom he is forever trying to pair off with Scar, to her annoyance and Scar's amusement.

Though she is not a formal part of any faction, everyone defers to her when it comes to decisions regarding the protection and care of community resources such as water and wind.
