madame (emphasis on the lower case) Is the nom de guerre for Sunport's most notorious prostitution lord (or lady). She made a splash a few years ago, when she killed the biggest Moroccan gang of prostitution. Since then, she's been waging a brutal, all-out-war against the rest of the prostitution mafias in Sunport. Her identity is unknown (for security reasons), but it's an open secret that she operates out of the Perish - the most famous night club in the city. She's also quite known for pushing hard towards the legalization of prostitution, as well as other "scandalous" reforms. It goes without saying the rest of the gangs are looking to pur her down, hard.
