Appearance: Mahbaley is a statuesque woman, of striking looks and obvious great strength. Her skin is dark brown, her hair black and worn in braids, pulled back to keep them from her face in battle. She wears clothes bearing the crest of the royal house of lost Ancalia (a golden crowned griffon on a white field), clearing claiming her status as heir to the throne. Since she has awakened as a demi-deity, her skin has had the strength of iron and she strides into battle unarmored, wielding a scimitar. Her expression is typically grave, making her look older than she is, but she may smile in moments of relaxation.

'''Command'''
 +
• Charisma 16
 +
• The hero may communicate with any intelligent creature, understanding them and being understood in turn.
 +
• The hero’s commands are always correctly understood, though obedience will depend on their eloquence or the use of their gifts.
 +
• Corona of Fury (1) (Smite Action): Commit Effort to end of Scene. You hurl a torrent of your Word’s energy at a group of foes, affecting all within a 30-foot radius of a target point within sight of you. Each victim takes a 1d8 die of damage for every two levels you have, rounded up.
 +
• The Invincible Iron General (2) (Constant): All NPC soldiers serving under you gain +1 hit die, a hit bonus equal to your level, and a Morale of 11. Your will is automatically known by all your lieutenants and you always know the location, condition, and general activities of all military units that accept your command.
 +
• The Lieutenant’s Wisdom (1) (Action): Commit Effort before giving an order to a person or group in your service. While the Effort remains committed, you can spend an action to borrow the senses of any single member of the group or to communicate telepathically with any or all of them, and they can contact you.
 +
'''Endurance'''
 +
• Constitution 16
 +
• The hero need not eat, sleep, drink, or breathe.
 +
• Body of Iron Will (1) (Constant): Your natural armor class is 3. You are impervious to any natural environmental damage, such as that caused by extreme heat, cold, pressure, radiation, or vacuum.
 +
'''Sword'''
 +
• The hero treats all their weapon or unarmed attacks as magical, cannot be disarmed, and can summon any melee weapon they’ve ever used immediately to hand as an Instant action.
 +
• Steel Without End (1) (Constant): All your melee weapon attacks are treated as magic weapons doing a 1d10+1 damage die, including unarmed attacks.

== Back Story ==

Mahbaley belongs to Seiso, the royal house of Ancalia; she is, in fact, one of the children of Arad, the last king of Ancalia. Like all Arad’s children, she was given an extensive education in all matters related to things of state--military strategy, diplomacy, history and the like. (Since the position of High Negus was elective--upon the death of the Negus, Ancalia’s nobility elected a new one from among the dead monarch’s children--it was important that all potential heirs receive this training.) Her tutors were scholars of the Unitary Church, who sought to mold her into a just ruler and a devout Uniter. She was a thoughtful, quiet child, preferring study to training with arms or court social events, but dutifully undertaking all that was required as part of her training.
