The youngest child of ten, Ria is very much spoiled and often cries to get out of trouble. A tactic she had much practice at, as in the city there is a lot for her to get into trouble with. Pixies do not really speak; they jingle. Ria communicates by jingling like chimes or bells, but much like Chewbacca in Star Wars, everyone understands her. She can understand anyone who knows only one language and wants to be understood.
