- Formerly the sidekick to Penny Auntie, Central City's most feared costumed criminal mastermind specializing in heists of less than $1000, Stefan broke from his villainous inheritance to use his talents for good. He has the makings of a master detective with a knack for gadgets, but he's haunted by the guilt of his elaborate coin-themed misdemeanors (none of them were technically felonies.)
