Abilities: Medusa is a somewhat restricted PL 11 character. Her only power is her animated hair, that is stronger, more durable, and longer than ordinary hair. She is very skilled with it, as represented by her Combat Feats.
The Crushing Pin and Grappling Block Feats are from the Masterminds Manual. They're optional, but both are extremelly appropriate for Medusa.
