Background/Appearance/Etc.[edit]

Meepo is a kobold of the Burning Claws clan that lives in the Sunless Citadel. He is known as the Keeper of Dragons, though he is currently in a state of disgrace after losing the clan's dragon to the goblins also inhabiting the Citadel. He is almost three feet tall, has yellow-green reptilian eyes, and dusty brown scales.

Rules for Kobold Class[edit]

The Kobold class is built off the Halfling class. They do not gain access to the Halfling's Spell Resistance, Nimble, or Smash features, but they can Detect Traps and Remove Traps as a Thief of equivalent level. They can also use the Remove Traps feature to set or alter traps to be used against their foes. The Unobtrusive ability is also changed: instead of a chance to hide on the surface world, Kobold characters have a 75% chance to hide in dark, shadowy places (as most dungeons tend to be) as long as they stay still. Kobolds can also see up to 40 feet in the dark; however, in sunlight, kobolds take a -2 penalty to most rolls due to the bright sunlight interfering with their ability to see. Kobolds also have a base AC of 8 rather than 9 due to their scaly hide.
