Meridian

Meridian is the de facto capital of the Blue Sun System. However, since the population is so sparse throughout the system, and Meridian itself is sparsely populated, the planet has little except a few Alliance offices to justify the claim.

Meridian City is the largest city, it sits on the West Coast of the Northern continent. It has approximately half a million people living there, with two million in the surrounding area. It is also home to a substantial number of new colonists. People from the core who've moved to Meridian seeking a new life. Most of these have found lives in the city itself, but many seek to homestead, and are navigating the various scams designed to take advantage of them. Meridian City's primary industries are services, administration, and as a manufacturing center for Blue Sun System (mostly crafts such as furniture, carpentry and similar things.)

It does have a Class C starport, as well as a Cortex repeater station.

• Summer 2522 - The PDF is fully in charge, and by in large appreciated. The space overhead has been free of piracy and Reaver attacks for months, and the world has begun to enjoy a period of growth.
  

Brisbane is the largest city on the eastern part of the southern continent. It is a center of a thriving lumber industry. The population is focused around the mills, and supporting fields.
