Noble Father,
It is in disquiet that I send this missive.
The tides of fate move around us, as surely as the stars wheel overhead, and only a wise astrologer can chart a safe course through these times.
Though nothing in this world is certain, I have come into information that I deem critical, as thus I pass to my beloved family; it is HIGHLY likely that the resistance will attack Sharuun in force in the next year. The details I do not know, but the source is highly reliable.
I suggest that the family be relocated either to one of the isolated holdings in the Delta or, if the political situation seems tenuous, to Baden’s Bluff where I can offer at least indirect protection.
