Umbragen Drow[edit]

Xixi-Niza[edit]

Xixi-Niza

Relationship: Great Grandmother to Xali, Dini, and Lippitu.
Going on two hundred, Xixi-Niza could pass for her mid 30's. Xali's Great Grandmother is a knowledgeable ritualist and one of the Keepers of the ancient shadow magics, as well as being a GGILF. As head of Xali's clan and a member of the Umbragen High Council, Xixi-Niza is, in many ways, the epitome of all things drow: cunning, secretive, manipulative, extremely territorial, yet outwardly pleasant and dedicated to the welfare of her children and grandchildren.

Lippitu

Lippitu[edit]

Relationship: Xali's second cousin
Lippitu is, at least in her own mind, Xali's rival. She also is a shadow-hunter, and has trained herself to be one of the family's leading scouts. She's also pretty, and scheming, and has a knack for passive aggression that's put her on the fast track for clan leadership. It irks her quite a bit that their great grandmother seems to like Xali better.

Dini[edit]

Dini

Relationship: Xali's second cousin
Dini is Lippitu's younger sister, and that rarest of rarities in Xendrik; a genuinely nice person. Since she's also a bit clumsy and not any good at stealth, this would normally give her a life expectancy measured in weeks, but Dini is bright and outgoing and, at an early age, Yarhad apprenticed her to be the clan's trainee record-keeper and historian, one of the few drow occupations where honesty is actually a virtue.

Xell[edit]

Xell

Relationship: fourth or fifth cousin, or something.
Xell is the youngest ritualist in Xali's family, and serves as Xixi-Niza's errand boy and, at least theoretically, apprentice. He's shy, withdrawn, young, intelligent, and a witch.

Harukh Clan[edit]

Zu'gzwang

X'anthippe

Prince Zu'gzwang[edit]

He's a big damn hero, and he wants you to know it. Also a prince. Reminds you vaguely of Vallion, but with a cruel streak.

Princess X'anthippe[edit]

Seemingly calm and reserved, X'anthippe's cool reserve conceals a hair trigger temper. Nevertheless, her down to earth common sense helps restrain Zu'gzwang's more eccentric outbursts.

Basmet Clan[edit]

Xerotic
Kai'serin

Princess Xerotic[edit]

Primary heir to the Basmet clan's leader, this one actually possesses manners and etiquette, as well as passive aggression.

Princess Kai'serin[edit]

The cast iron to Xerotic's velvet glove, Kai'serin is the bad cop in this two-woman charm offensive. Strict disciplinarian, appointments available Zordays and Wirdays.

Good Luck Clan[edit]

Theodore[edit]

Theodore
Gwendoline

Tall and dapper and wearing expensive clothes. The most dreadful of all creatures; a drow bard.

Gwendoline[edit]

Theodore's younger sister, Gwendoline is a poisonmancer. It's exactly what it sounds like.
