==Description==

Sashwesa´s skin is a soft, translucent cerulean blue. His movements are wispy and fluent, beautiful and dangerous. Sashwesa often wears makeup (kind of a mix between Princess Amidala, Water Tribe warriors from Avatar, and a kabuki), and he dresses in billowing dark robes. His hair is lush and black, tied into a neat, long pony-tail.

Sashwesa hasn´t ever met the Empress, or seen her. He knows enough about her and the agendas of the Realm already. He has become a visionary of the grand monolith that is the Dynasty. The agent from the Frozen Tusk is the Scarlet Throne´s humble servant, raised from birth to carry out the tasks handed to him, be they war, intelligence gathering, or murder.
Sashwesa was breed and created for this one purpose. And why would he question the ways of the Realm?

Superiora Yavweina Vastini taught Sashwesa everything he knows. She supervised his creation, and his teaching. Vastini showed him the ropes at the breeding facillity of the Cult of the Frozen Tusk. She was the closest thing to a mentor, confidant and girlfriend Sashwesa ever got.
Once Sashwesa became Nellens Vieu and joined House politics and the true weight of his mission, she vanished from his life. Vastini stayed secluded within the grottoes and gardens of the Frozen Tusk, a lost haven somewhere on the icy tundra across the Haslanti leauge.

Jazzablanc was Sashwesa´s first contact within the underbelly of crime when he was positioned in Chiaroscuro. He would do jobs for him under a hidden name (jobs that got acredited to his mythical persona, Blind Wind) to bargain access to certain venues of information and services.
Jazzablanc was a wizened old trickster gentleman, who taught Sashwesa the most esoteric skills in everything from escapology to shadowing, break-ins and stealth murder.

Most recently, Nellens Vieu has been taking orders from the All Seeing Eye, on behalf of the direct will of the Empress. The time has come for the Realm to scoop up their unorthodox tool, and begin to use it in earnest.

Leedal Endar is the newest authority in Nellens Vieu´s life.

Sashwesa´s legend has been spread through two names; the official achievements of Nellens Vieu in the service of the Realm, and the more dubious and secret triumphs of Blind Wind, the latter of more superstitious and boogiemanesqe proportions.

Nellens Vieu has served as a representative of the Realm in the Haslanti Leauge and Halta (where unnoticed information gathering occurred, the most revealing being letters from a high councilman of Cherek, connecting him to dealings with Deathlords).

Vieu has fought dirty backwater wars for the honor of the Scarlet Throne,  and led countless guerilla operations into Lookshyan territories.

Sashwesa has also been a trusted assassin of the Empress, and both protected the Scarlet Throne through picking off political upstarts and ill-loyal generals. His most famous undercover mission (within the All Seeing Eye and the Military that is) was his dismantling of a necrotic weapon of destruction set up on one of the fortress-islands in the Skullstone Archipelago by the Silver Prince.

There is an otherworldy loneliness and paranoia that has grown within Sashwesa since his time in the breeding facility. His alien mannerisms can make him a bit challenging to work with at times, and for his enemies and rivals, this failing can be exploited in order to confuse Sashwesa.

On the flipside of this eerie wierdness is the rage that has built up over the years, the shackled dog, within Sashwesa. He is used as a monster in the darkness to scare opponents of the Throne into knowing their place, a boogieman that will show up at your doorstep if you don´t keep in line.
The leash on such a man is a delicate matter, and the Empress knows this.

A harlot of the dockside in Arjuf has taken particular interest in Nellens Vieu, and figured out that there is more to him than he lets on.

There is also Sashwesa´s split interests in serving the Scarlet Throne, yet taking orders from the All Seeing Eye. The hidden masters of the Eye take advantage of this and send him on errands and missions that further their own agendas rather than the Empresses, yet use her voice of command to lead him to do their bidding.

==Backstory==
Sashwesa was born through a secret eugenics programme that had been erected by direct orders of the Empress. The Cult of the Frozen Tusk was the dummy corporation, a monastic society of monks who cultivated a vast flora and fauna in a Shangri La-esque cave hidden somewhere on the tundra of the Haslanti Leauge.

But deep sins were committed beneath the lush gardens and the zoological wonders that resided in them.
A complicated system of breeding dictated by the quality of the participants essence was enforced by the Frozen Tusk. The progeny of the projects where then incubated in jade eggs, that were placed in "auspicious rookeries" in the caves, ie. convergence points of Dragon lines.

The Monks of the Frozen Tusk spent weeks and weeks of meditating beside these eggs, and sent their own essence into them.

Sashwesa was one of the firstborn, from the hatch the monks had code-named "Eager".

The boy grew to a man, and a dangerous man at that. His sole purpose of existence was to carry out the will of the Empress. The secret was that Sashwesa had been taught to do so willingly.
That was what hatch "Eager" was, super-soldiers loyal to the Scarlet Throne, born to carry out her dirty work.

When Sashwesa graduated from the Frozen Tusk, he had been trained as a spy, mystic and assassin. He was extremely accomplished.
His unusual upbringing had messed with his mind though (bet you didn´t see that one coming!)
Sashwesa had become distanced, alienated and eccentric. The spy had a cool air and a strange androgynous quality to him. He was almost empathetic to a fault, something that steeled his will and made him even more withdrawn from "regular" Dragonblooded.

And beneath this complicated veil, slumbered an anger and a consciousness of the wrongness of his own existence.

"What am I? Why am I?" where two questions that Sashwesa could answer the only way he knew. The Will of the Empress. And it comforted him.
