The standard conveyor is a tracked vehicle, largely based on the M113 APC.  It is boxy with a flat, sloped front.  Access is by hatches on the roof or through a ramp on the rear.  The driver’s position is in the front left, commander’s position in the front right, and an optional gunners position immediately behind them, suspended from the vehicle roof.  The gunner’s seat folds against the roof when not needed.  To the rear of the gunner’s station are seats for six additional crew, with storage under the seats.

The commander‘s and driver’s controls are identical; usually the commander’s steering wheel is folded out of the way.  Multi-function displays can show instrument read outs, camera views of outside the vehicle, or communication, sensor, Parachronic, or gunnery controls.  On the vehicle roof, the conveyor is equipped with a remote operated weapons station which contains sensors and cameras and can mount a variety of crew-served weapons.
