Walter

He used to be an old librarian. He still is, in a way; however, now the whole of creation is his library, which he tends to. Whenever he does a divination, the information normally appears in book form, indeed, he is also Baronet of Books in addition to being the Viscount of Information. He is reluctant to venture outside of the Chancel, containing the library where he worked, as most of his power is there.

These are two way, and can be destroyed by removing a crucial piece of information from the knowledge making up the portals.
