16 team playoffs, which is what I-AA does.Teams get sedeed by BCS Rankings.Games are held at the home stadium of the higher seed, until we have 4 teams left.Then the semifinals and finals are all held in one stadium (to be decided).If the teams played one game a week, the championship game could be finished by December 30th.There are no automatic bids. If a Conference Champ is somehow not in the Top 16 (not very likely in the BCS conferences) but another team from that conference has a bid, the conference can choose to send the conference champ instead of the at-large team, if they want to.The field this year would be: Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, LSU, USC, Louisville, Wisconsin, Boise State, Auburn, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Arkansas, West Virginia, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, and Rutgers.
