August 1932 - October 1932

After the deaths of the leading researchers and important members of the board of directors, Cedra Foundry began purchasing the heirs private shares on behalf of Marcus Dubcek. Controlling interest in Penthus was finally acquired in mid-September, and Marcus installed as the new owner and CEO of Penthus in late September of 1932.
