Background

Churr's job was to scrounge food-- and as every Kobold knows, freshly-killed warm bloody food is the best! But they just aren't that good at getting it-- it moves away too quickly, and some of it is just awfully big...

Churr ranged far and wide to find food, even going outside the Big Dungeony Cave Thing, and realized that Humans were waaaaaay good at this kind of thing. They used this strange bendy thing to put pointy things inside big animals! Genius! How could that work...?

Churr spent a long time watching human hunters at work, and eventually scrounged a bow. He's had to repair it a few times, but he's started to figure this archery thing out, more or less... aside from all the times the bowstring hits him in the side of the head. But it's still better than getting close to dangerous things. Churr is very clear on not liking to be close to dangerous things...

Where do you live in the Big Dungeony Cave Thing?

Near the entrance. It's the best place to be to sneak out and hide behind bushes while spying on hunters.

What is your most precious possession and how did you get it?

Churr's Bow! There was this hunter who went looking for rabbits and found a bear... he didn't need the bow after that.

What are you most afraid of?

(Glances at Boldness score: 0.) ...Yes. Churr is most afraid of this. Whatever it is. Probably bears, though. Bears are just utter death. I mean, humans are scared of bears!

What is your proudest moment?

That time Churr brought back a biiiiig rabbit after Churr managed to put an arrow into it! That was awesome, and Churr got sweet, sweet nose-rubs and cuddles out of it, too!

Horrible Kobold Misfortunes Table for Pointy Churr.

Pointy Chur was out wandering under the Big Firey Thing when he came across a river. A Dire Carp (or perhaps just a regular carp with a bad temper and a lust for kobold flesh) jumped out and nearly ate him whole. Luckily, Churr wedged in its throat and it choked to death. Nobody believed him, even when he showed them bits of the carp, because no kobold had survived meeting a carp as far as anyone could recall (last Tuesday).

While Pointy Churr has seen all the creatures of the plain and forest (cow, dog, little furry thing, mouse, rat, and cow with horns), he is Unhappy to Cross Water. He'll do it, but he won't be happy. And he doesn't so much swim as hover, flailing his arms.
