Radan Aratta

Radan Aratta pic.jpg
Name: Radan Aratta
Origin: Aghast at the blinkered ignorance of our rulers.
Essence: Idealistic young student-reformer from privilege.
Shadow: My studies have shown that I'm obviously correct. (Obviously.)
Blood: An embarrassing family history of unconventional "sports". (Every few generations the Aratta bloodline produces an oddball of which the family shall not speak. Radan strives to be this generation's sport.)
Doom: Surely youth and vigor can overcome ten thousand years of entrenched fuddy-duddiness?
Companion: His amanuensis, Dari Trima. An assistant scribe, copyist, and servant sent by Radan's family to help Radan document his reformation of the hidebound society around us. (Also to keep an eye on him and steer him from embarrassing the whole family again.) A Jeeves to his Wooster, a Sancho Panza to his Don Quixote.
Game: TBD
Player: Glyptodont

Radan Aratta is a young student from a minor family of some wealth in the city of Badala in Kesh Province. He was sent to school in Glorious Kados, but rather than returning home after his studies and helping to run the family finances for the rest of his life, he's gotten the notion that things need to be "reformed" and "improved" (some new-fangled words he's learned). So he has made a plan to make the world anew. Or is thinking about making a plan for a plan to outline a strategy for a method to discover how to make the world anew. Maybe.
