A dark-haired somewhat muscular Human who owns and runs the Moon-and-Star Tavern. Raf is direct, often tired, and has a keen eye for coin. He walks with a very bad limp - an old wound from a raid on the village some years back that never quite healed right. Rumors in the village say he has visions when he dreams; some helpful, others horrifying, so he doesn't like to sleep much.
