Hernk.” when passing the largest building in the central area.

      • The Second is secret; known only by Rafe.
        • There is a Pullout up the road from the Road Maintenance Station near Muleshoe Pass on the east side of Hwy 160 East of Ft. Garland where Rafe met H&TE. The Shadow Path is a little ways behind the grassy spot where Rafe drank and talked with H&TE, a spot not easily seen from the Pullout; it's between very two tall pines that are close together, but wide enough between for a Human to walk comfortably. They lean towards one another with trunks crossed high up just below the branch line. To access the Shadow Path in or out, each person crossing must pinch their nose closed with their left hand and close their right eye before and while crossing between the tree trunks while whispering too softly to be heard: “Pepé Le Pew.”

Degree of Control

Control of Time Flow (and Contents) – 2 points

  • Control of Time Flow:
    • Original Time Flow Relative to Amber (or Garland) is Unknown.
    • New Standard Time Flow Relative to Garland: 30 to 1
      • Time Flow when Rafe is Visiting is usually the same as Garland's Time Flow unless he desires otherwise.
  • Control of Contents:
    • The Virus that nearly wiped out all Humans and Primates on the Planet is now GONE. The World is completely Clean of the Plague, to include NO Carriers of the Virus. Also, all other forms of harmful Viruses and Bacteria that effect Humans and Primates have been Cleansed from the World. However, this information is UNKNOWN TO ALL except Rafe and Crew.
    • All of the Survivors of Plague World are convinced their World is Doomed. BUT somehow everyone also feels there is a way to escape their Dead World and that 'somewhere else' there is a better life. Most believe it involves Space Ships & Space Stations and the Moon or possibly Other Planets... others believe it has something to do with underground cave systems and man made habitats... but they all 'think' that they have felt this way since the first waves of mass deaths began and the Government shut up and shut down.
      • All Survivors will eventually be Drawn to the Colorado Springs area; some thinking it has to something to do with Space Command at Cheyenne Mountain, some thinking it's more about the Underground Habitats and connecting cave systems... most having no idea why, they just feel that they should go to that area. Those furthest away will feel this compulsion first, being Drawn to Colorado in general, but not The Springs area just yet.
      • The compulsion to 'escape their dead world' and the feeling that 'it's better somewhere else' may be intensified IF there are roving bands of Undead left behind by Victor Price aka Drow Vampire Mage Douche-Bag.
    • As the Survivors feel the pull to migrate, many will find that their Attitudes have changed; to start with, they will feel a need to stop fighting and hoarding, and have more of a willingness to communicate with others. Once they begin communicating, they will discover that they all have the same feelings and pull to go somewhere “in that direction”, and they will all be more willing to band together in order to find a way to this better life before things get worse.
    • Those closest to Colorado Springs will not feel the pull to migrate until Rafe arrives in The Springs area himself. Upon Rafe's first arrival in The Springs, ALL the Survivors world wide will be drawn to the Village Seven Neighborhood area of Colorado Springs and will feel a desire to remain there, but ONLY until each has learned how to 'escape from their dead world' and their options for a new life. Then each will feel a need to make a choice.
    • The Survivors may be surprised that they were right. They will definitely be surprised that it's not what they thought it was. However, they will ALL be very receptive to the idea of moving to 'an Earth next door' with Magic and Magical Races, opportunities for Fame & Fortune, Power & Influence, or just a place to start over with their surviving family, their new family gained in hardship or to start fresh and make a new family in a new world.
      • A very small percentage of the Survivors (Tree Huggers, Nature Conservationists, Outdoors People but not Hunters, and Druid-types), when discovering their option to leave Plague World, will suddenly feel a strong urge to stay and help 'Cleanse a Contaminated World left behind by Governmental Corruption that led to Corporate Greed, the Rape of the Planet and the Downfall of Mankind'. They want to see the Planet become a Garden of Eden once again, with only a few Guardians left behind to Protect and Care Take the World. (Shadow Miners for now and Potential Shadow Guardians later... may need to add points later too. hehe)
        • Any Circus Performers, Theater Types and Stunt Performers amongst the Survivors that encounter Rafe and his Crew will have a strong desire to join his traveling circus. When they find out that the Circus is a cover for a Band of Adventurers they will not have a problem with it at all, will be willing to help maintain 'the cover' and some might even want to join the Adventurers Band itself.
