So my thought is 120pips for all the races she has gained. She could have earned them in the way PCs do, eventually declaring she was setting aside 10 pips from an advancement list gained while as spasa of carnality for her next salsa race. Pips set aside. She would probably have been doing the political side already.

Tisanex and Sylex

A simple Water Elemental with a rather kinky side is found by Tisenax who after a very pleasurable time in a mistress\slave relationship take a large change. Tisanex offers a 50 pip extended slave contract that Sylex accepts.

She raises her Psyche, Strength, & Enduurnce to Amber level from Chaos for 30 pips. She spends 10

So, Tisanex, already having enslaved her and forced her from being a simple water spasa to a carnality spasa, awards her pips to enter the lists for advancement to cleanliness spasa. A good choice for any Dufiro of carnality.

Unknown to Tisanix Sylex has has 24 pips in storage. She lies to Tisanex that she is short on pips. In the advancement lists Tinsanax vouches to cover 17 pips.

With 40 pips Sylex bids on her advancement list to raise her psyche 10 & Endurance 10, 10 for Carnalty and 10 for motion, hopes of freeing her Tisanix.

The screening complete Sylex raises her psyche to 10 and her endurance to xxxx, and puts 10 to cleanliness and 10 to motion.

Sadly, though it was a bold attempt the enslavement stays in place and Tisanex realizes she has been badly defrauded. She retaliated by teaching Shoes a "lesson" that breaks her.
