A water world dotted with rocky spires. An enormous refinery project dominates the planet’s economy - fifty story machine-cities hovering above the ocean’s surface, connected to a series of pipes and tubes bringing up raw material from the deep. A complicated hover-train system connects the towers, all meeting at the planet’s only spaceport.

Once controlled by the Empire through the Meldeen Corporation, the native Elkestenni united under the banner of The Deep Freedom clan have taken command of the refineries. They have a deep mistrust of non-aquatic species which has hampered their relationship with the New Republic.
