Rogue's Gallery

Otto Skorzeny, Nazi Werewolf (liberator)

-Avoid war crimes trials, died with millions in his holdings

-Reanimated as a Warrior like I am, but he has had 20+ years to grow stronger (we improve with age and experience) Starts off stronger than I am by a significant margin.

-Has a huge area of followers, including other revived SS, Thule sorcerers, and neo-nazis. Probably start off fighting these, as he manipulates things from the background.

-He trapped me in the magical prison that I just recently escaped from in revenge for me helping to destroy everything he ever believed in.

Mathew "Jackhammer" Johns (Liberator)

One of Drake Cities metahuman crime lords. A former MK-Ultra test subject turned psychic mobster. Telekinesis and a limited form of mind control make him a power to be reconned with. He ran a lot of the prostitution and sweatshops down by the docks and I've been stepping on them pretty hard. Been putting a number of his enforcers in the hospital. I've been bad for business, I have no family to threaten, and I've sent the last three leg breakers he sent after me into intensive care.

Vampire (light beam)

A classical vampire, lives in a stone-castle-atop-a-skyscraper as an eccentric millionare in Drake City. Was defeated and destroyed only to be later resurrected.

Winchell "J.J." Hunsecker (avant garde)

vicious gossip columnist for the Drake City Dispatch Hunsecker delights in tearing into both undesirable/bohemian elements and exposing the alleged hypocrisy of superheroes, so he's a double danger for avant garde.

Geoff Kuhns, a.k.a. Vettriano a.k.a. Kaptain Kitsch (avant garde)

Kuhns was once a struggling artist in the same milieu as avant garde, working under the name 'Vettriano', but he was never as good or challenging as he thought and felt unfairly excluded by the Bayside scene. Eventually he sold out any pretense at doing challenging work and became much sought-after for his allegedly edgy kitschy 'deconstruction' of pop art. As Kaptain Kitsch, Kuhns stages spectacular crimes with some kitsch-art theme.

Rural spirits (Urban)

The spirits of the land that drake city was originally built on, now supplanted by the city spirits.
