Many know that in Zalut, one does not get far without magic; whether that be mystical inventions and crafts, the sanctity of the priesthood, or more commonly the path of the sorcerer. What many do not know is that aspiring magicians in Zalut are very often not permitted to learn their craft without first serving a number of moons in both physical and academic roles, to better prepare them for the rigors that control over reality demands.

So it was for Seraza, who first bloodied his hands by executing both criminals and the enemies of the court, afterwards smoothly moving to the gory but beneficial practice of medicine. It was here that he tasted crimson sweetness for the first time, and the violent transformation of his morgal lineage robbed him of much of his former strength and combat prowess.

While officially he is a Zaluti ambassador to the King, thus bestowing upon him noble title and privilege, unofficially he is also magical or, more rarely, medicinal council to the royal court as well. Few know of his weakness for beautiful women, and fewer still know about the many children he has fathered among the years as a result of that same weakness.

As an additional note, his Unsettling flaw manifests as the tattoos on his body moving and shifting as if alive beneath shadowy light, and his very unnerving tendency to not look someone in the eyes, but instead over their shoulder, as if staring at something directly behind the person. He's also got violet eyes and extended canines, being a morgal and all.
