The body is covered with a longhaired fur, thickness varying from region to region on the body parts, with thinner hairgrowth on the facial part. Their heads usually seem a bit tiny compared to the rather bulk shoulders. The form of the head can be compared to that of an earthly Wolve, with some obvious differences: The neck is longer, and the eyes are quite big. Also, there are only few Wolven people who posess real fangteeth, and those who do are more considered ill-breed than anything else. The broad shoulders and heavy chest melt into a considerably thin and slender "stomach- back- part", the standing Wolven always has an arched back. The arms are thin and slender, with long hands, five fingers and one thumb, these often show excessive nail- growth. Very muscular legs end in feet, which are paws grown flat and big, to be able to stabilise the huge body. Wolven posess no tail, thus the use for the leg muscles and bigger feet, this enables them to walk upright.

That differs individually, and colder temperatures might be endured with additional clothing protection. If a Wolven body gets too warm for more than half an hour, the Wolven suffers from nausea, heart problems and quickly dies. Fire is another problem, obvious for a fur- coated people. The immune system is almost resistant to known illnesses, but reacts quite slowly on new viruses, which makes it very dangerous for an unprepared Wolven to enter another environment.

| − | Although the natural way of reproduction by means of sperm and egg cells from male and female exists, the Wolven people has another way of reproducing themselves, which is used more often because of the lack of females. This way of reproduction is a mystical one: When a Wolven gets old (see lifespan), he returns to his homeland/-town/-tribe and contributes his body for the sake of a ritual. Little is known of this, but somehow the body is transformed back into energy from which then is formed a young body, a fact which is not aware to most of the Wolven shamans who are carrying out traditional actions from the past. The young body is then made home to a Wolven spirit in another ritual. Wolven belief is that there exists a place called "Rarrg'Schkan" where the dead Wolven go to wait for reinkarnation by said ritual.
