On October 22, 1989, about 20 years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Hell's Gate devoured the Zhe Jiang state of People's Republic of China. No one knows what caused this Event, but what people do know is that the Event wrecked havoc in the reality and weakened the laws of physics. People with extraordinary abilities, Fringe science that just shouldn't have worked now do.
