Setting
On October 22, 1989, about 20 years ago, an inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Hell's Gate devoured the Zhe Jiang state of People's Republic of China.
No one knows what caused this Event. What people do know is that the Event wrecked havoc in the reality and weakened the laws of physics.
The world whispered of the Fallens, people born after the Event, possessing extraordinary abilities at the cost of part of their humanity.
Fringe science that just shouldn't have worked now do.
