A short background story and location suitable for one night of low level d20 play.

I just finished reinadg your blog  cover to cover'.  Thank you for taking the time that you have to do this.  Please do not doubt for a moment how inspiring your athletic progress is, even while wrestling with this aggravating disease.  I don't blame you for not wanting to spend too much time talking/thinking about the Lyme, but your experience is oh-so-relate-able.  I'm trying to navigate the minefield of exercise intolerance/backlash, and I found your post about training by heart rate very interesting.  Gonna try it.  I'd be really interested to see a sample week of your meals, if you care to share that.  (I'm doing the gluten-free/dairy free/sugar free/ organic whole food thing)Too bad there isn't an online message board/support group for people trying to train their way through/out of Lyme.  My Lyme pals think I'm nuts.  But running makes me feel like a WELL PERSON.  Priceless.
