- Queen Alachia, Lrall bears her rose
- Dlen, the Lost Wanderer, Lrall's father
- Hakan the Pathfinder met at the start of the story, guiding Zonpar and challenging Lrall
- Keck - No one in eight centuries dared discturb the ill-fated weapon as it rested on Keck's crypt. That is, of course, until the Queen herself dropped it at Lrall's feet the day of his departure. Despite the curse, Krall took up the weapon without hesitation.
