Revisions to Existing Styles

• Divine Pattern Long Strokes
  • Sweeping to All Sides (3): Opponents who would normally get bonuses against you for having a higher initiative must exceed your initiative by 15 in order to access those bonuses.
• Graceful Crane
  • Patient Crane (2): Opponents who would normally get bonuses against you for having a higher initiative must exceed your initiative by 10 in order to access those bonuses.
• Murderous Shadows
  • Void Nature (3): Opponents who would normally get bonuses against you for having a higher initiative must exceed your initiative by 15 in order to access those bonuses.

Internal Kung Fu

Revisions to Internal Styles

• Fire Sutra
  • 4: Aura of the Qilin
    • Round-long duration; you may spend 2 Chi each round to extend the technique’s duration an additional; you must spend the Chi at the beginning of each new round.
    • The cost of using Fusing Flames or Nine Fire Seal this round is reduced by 1, and those techniques confer an additional +5 bonus to your Chi Aura vs. Burn or Freeze attacks.
    • You may Reply against any opponents who inflict a Ripple on you, provided that their attack requires close physical proximity. If an opponent has an existing Burn condition, they also suffer an immediate Rippling roll with a +10 bonus; this can only inflame an existing Burn condition from Trivial to Minor or from Minor to Major; it can never create a new one, nor cause a combatant to be Taken Out.
  • 5: Prayer of Cosmic Rebirth
    • You can use a burn effect with a +25 bonus as a Minor Action on your attack roll; if it forces an immediate rippling roll, the roll receives a +15 bonus.
    • This is a non-selective Area Attack; you may not flood a die (nor use any other means) to make it selective. In addition, the attack result counts as a completed Shaping Wave to alter your current zone in a way appropriate to the release of massive amounts of heat and fire.
• Heaven's Lightning
  • 4: Dragon Chi: Focus on Breath no longer directly improves the regeneration of Earth Chi; instead, when you Focus on Breath, you may choose to respire 1 Earth Chi instead of 2 normal Chi.
