I think we can be bolder and more in the spirit of our beloved edition. Therefore I have started downloading and editing the 3.5 SRD to make it more like the Fourth Edition. The resultant document will not be nearly as clean and elegant as the actual Fourth Edition Players' Handbook, but with plentiful links it should not matter.

I think the important thing is to preserve the core rules such as Healing Surges, Non-armour Class Defenses, Powers and other such stuff. We can rename them all if people are nervous, but I think that a small-scale and non-profit project like this should not attract legal action.

I think we can be bolder and more in the spirit of our beloved edition. Therefore I have started downloading and editing the 3.5 SRD to make it more like the Fourth Edition. The resultant document will not be nearly as clean and elegant as the actual Fourth Edition Players' Handbook, but with plentiful links it should not matter.
