Open Questions:

• What's the name of the high school in covenant?
  • Has it always been called that, or was the name changed after the Apocalypse?

I think the Police Department and the High School should still be in operation, but independently. The hard core faithful have replaced any centralized, secular government, but secular institutions that refuse to die would make excellent sources of conflict. --Dan Bayn
