Talk with Gilva

Duncan and she begin, playing the earlier square songs but going from that to riff. He lets her play a few and then he plays., then they back each other, The crowds are silent but cheer loudly after eachy song. in time the place fills with watchers

Alex clearly enjoying their time performing she really lets herself go in the music. And being able to share this with Duncan makes it even better. Since they both have quite the endurance Alex is willing to keep on playing for a while as long as the crowd and watchers are happy they'll play.or until exhausted.

After an hour or so a woman with wings pushes her way to the front, people making way. She takes a seat on the edge of the stage, looking up provocatively at Duncan, but giving some eyes at Alex as well.

Alex sees the woman. Sees the eyes she is giving Duncan and slightly chuckles figuring he is just being flirted with. A beautiful winged lady in Chaos is nothing strange of course. So for now she does not seek to much behind it though Alex does try and estimate how the other watchers react to her.

The others clearly give her room and are a bit, even a lot afraid of her. She smiles and licks her lips, letting her tail reach a d take one of the wine bottles and bring it to her. Akgl looks nervous but walks to her and speaks quitely as you play. She nods and Akgl runs off to another room and quickly returns with fancy green wine. Shefills the glasses and gives it to her. She pats her head with a wing

Alex exchanges looks with Duncan who has surely spotted the womab as well. With a slight shoulder shrug she tries to ask if he knows her. Or knows of her. Though Alex keeps playing. She doesn't want the good vibe to get disturbed to mich by the presense of this woman.

he shrugs his shoulders, not knowing her.. but then stops.. Lets Alex stop. The woman steps up, bows slightly, "I would say i did not intent to intrude btut that would be a lie. Duncan of Arden. Alexandra Mira. In Chaos no less. When you take a break, will you come to my table for a libation a bit more refined? Not that i haven't drunk rivers of the ale..Understanably."

Alex looks at Duncan after the woman not really introduced herself "And what may we call you? Seems you know who we are." Turning to Duncan and Akgl she makes a small gesture. "Short break. We've been playing a bjt Nd seems this womand impresses the crowd so best to make sure the vibe keeps going."

Shl comes over, bows to the woman, "Hellmaiden, we are honored. How may we serve?" She says, "Avasa of music, yes? Play then, with this little one. I would speak to these my....kinsman..." Duncan says, "Akgleax, we are here at your invitation. Please join us at the table in the cornor. " The woman smiles, having her order contermanded. Duncan puts a hand to Akgleax shoulder and pushes her ahead. She is clearly looking scared. Shl gets up on the stage and begins singing. it sound like a bass flute but has a lively noise the people in the room save the 3 of you, are familiar with.

Alex smiles at Dunvan his play with countering the woman her order. The realizing she said kinsman Alex starts to flop through the pictures and names she know of the family. All the while they move to the table the woman wanted to talk. Alex did bring along her tankard... playing on stage makes one thirsty. When at the table Alex waits to see what the woman wants.

She waves a hand and 3 glasses appear , moments latter a 4th. She takes the green wine and pours, smiles as the pours for the terrified Spasa. Like a gardener ordered to sit and have drinks with a princess Duncan, "You hold a imprint of the pattern of Amber. And one of the logrus. Why?" she smiles, "I am intitled to both is why" (I know its late for you..We can pick up another time)

((Very curious.... but yeah have to sleep.... racking my brain to who she is.)) Alex following and feeling a tad sorry for the Spasa who joins them. She listens to Duncan nkt having even thought of checking that. Then hearing she is of both sides Alex looks back curious. "Well you know our names. Would be rude if we couldn't properly adress you. With who do we have the pleasure?" Ash asks smiling a typical warm smile but keeping her eyes on the woman

My Uncle seems to have gotten a taste for spicey flavored Amberite and was last living in Angr I with her. and my distant cousin runs a bar much like this place in the city of Amber itself. They have no idea how dangerous that is. My name is Gilva, and my great, great, grandfather is Benedict. My great grandmother is Maylon the Great" .

Alex stays silent a moment thinking hard and deep what she knows of Hendrake hall. She has so far only encountered a few Chaosians... Vek, was Shaz Far Hendrake... she didn't remember. A smile as usual appears on her face pleasant and polite as Alex usually is. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Gilva. To be honest you speak of uncles and cousins some i'm able to place some not. Either way. " She looks at Duncan then back at Gilva trying not to be weird or rambling. "So you heard we were here and wanted to see for yourself and meet us? Never bad to at least say hi to family, however distant."

"Distant? In miles and shadows, as far as possible. In blood relations, well, Dara calls us the ugly side of the family but she never got along with Great Grandmother. They are too much a like. And I suspect you know of me at least, Lord of Arden. I have spoken with your father and he thought we might enjoy each other's company. Maybe now we can?"

Alex not perse the jealous type does raise an eyebrow. As Gilva makes the suggestion. Looking between them. She says nothing about it though. Trying to change subjects Alex brings up family again. "I suppose ugly or pretty it depends, isn't that a saying with eye of the beholder. But to be fair. We have family everywhere... and very closeby. I was family but didn't know a good while... the blood runs where it can."

Alex looks between them as they talk. Her eyes rest a moment on Duncan. If its a lie or not she doesn't care at least he tries to play her off gently enough. Turning to Gilva a slight chuckle. "I'm sure you have your eyes set on enough people. And there would be plenty to want to enjoy your company... or do so out of sheer fear.." Recalling how afraid some people were of her. "We're just here on a short break, vacation. "

She turns and looks at Alex as if just noticing her, "I see. Well, among the dufiro knowledge is wealth and several thought i would be interested to see two....amberites on vacation. They were right. I am not in the deck but i have been tempted to go east and...vacation...myself. Perhaps we will see each other again there."

Forcing again a pleasant smile on Alex her face which seems a bit harder to do now. She answers in a sweet tone. "Well there you go. Hi pleasure to meet you. And if you drop in in or around Amber i'll hope you enjoy your stay. You could visit your family there." A slight realization dawns on Alex that shr might not like most of this side of the family.... Too manipulative.. But o the outside she keeps her pleasant smile up. She looks at Duncan with a... can we please go back playing.... look.

Duncan, "Well, met, kinsman. Our break is over. We have energy enough for a couple more hours here before returning to our lodgings. Enjoy the show." He picks up his guitar and starts strumming.

Alex has a relieved smile on her face as Duncan has so expertly ended the conversation. She nods to Gilva and then kinda turns to nods to the stage again.
"Shall we?" She asks Duncan while holding up her violin.

When they play music again. Alex tries her best to shove Gilva and her play at Duncan to the back of her mind. Just joining in on the good mood the great music and the good fun to be had. And Duncan did shove Gilva off nicely. If nothing else interupts them they'll continue playing for a few more hours. Stopping now and then for a drink or whe Duncan does a solo Alex drinks and visa versa. When near done she asks Akgl "So did things go as you hoped?"

"Well, when I tell my tale for Avasa. I can say I booked two amberites to play a show in yhe (**) hall. And had drinks with a hellmaiden princess of hendrake. That's good stuff! One has to survive good stuff to profit from it. "Rising in rank in the Dufirosm is all about experiences, not gaining powers"

Alex laughs and nods "Good for you to take your chances and see it work out! I honestly do not know alot about dufirosm to know what is important and what not. But happy to help. And yeah quite a story to tell." She nods her head back to where they sat with Gilva. "Did you know she would show up?"

She shakes her head. "No..terrified. she is a hellmaiden. A lover of killing. Like the bone warriors of hendrake. I am an egg to such. My mistress could not even complain if gilva had killed me.

Alex looks surprised "Ah i see, well i think we would have at least try to prevent your death by her hand. But terrified... hm " Alex looks back to where Gilva had been sitting ((don't know.if she has left already)) "Well interesting, seems being in this place for vacation has quite some surprises. But at least it is already a win with the instruments and music. " Alex does also tey and keep an eye on Duncan not that that Gilva will swoop in and litteraly snatch him away. "We'll be here a while longer so we might come play again."

Day and night have no meaning in Zilla, there is always a sense of it being night but the color of the sky tuns every 8 hours or so. Walking out of the club at blue sky turning's dawning Akg is giggling wildly. Shlvx says<"Alexandra, Duncan, you have my thanks. Come again and youlll play a room closer to center hall. Come at Red Sky dawning for services if you like and you'll hear some of fine people...oh. damn....far wel..." He lays down in the entrance and sleeps loudly. Akg laughs tellign ribald dufiro jokes about the spasa of song and the masoja od death that is shockingly graphic but she is as drunk as a dufiro can be. Nearing the quarter where Honali's shop is she says, " time to go to work." She magically sobers up, bows and says the Dufiro parting, "Debts paid or remembered. " and goes on her way.

Alex smiles at the actions of her newly met dufiro acquaintances. She laughs at the joke no matter how graphic perhaps the drunk state of Akg makes it funny by default. When Akg says her farewell Alex inclines her head. "Till next we meet." Walking a bit further she looks up with a big smile to Duncan. "Thi swas good fun.. well Gilva was a bit of a downer but who cares the rest of the night... day... well time was great! Hope you liked it as well dear?"

"I did. And will again. Its been an age since i focused on my music. I feel tempted by other thingss but leaving Arden to number 3 is probably abad idea. Julian did speak to Gilva and Maylon about a pairing with me. But it was party talk, nothing serious.

Alex walks a bit closer to Duncan. She bumps softlu into him "We can plan trips like this. Time is on our side here. We can truly enjoy time playing music and nkt abbandone our duty to Arden and Amber. And... we can really spend time together.." A slight chuckle "Unless i have to get jealous or worried about Gilva... she seems to have plans." She winks at him
