Tonda of Belisil is a beautiful young human woman. Her past is deeply painful, having lost a childhood friend. This has rendered her intensely stoic in adulthood. She hardly speaks to anyone: leading many to fear she has gone mad. She is known for the beautiful ice sculpture she produces in the winter months, made possible by her precision control of the water element. In warmer months she cultivates a great flower-garden, sustained by a constant mist.
